I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering virtual therapy to individuals. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, mindfulness, internal family systems (IFS), existential, and cognitive-behavioural therapies. I work with clients to explore underlying emotional patterns, deepen self-understanding, and foster lasting change.

I completed the majority of my clinical training in hospital-based programs within the McGill University Health Centre, where I trained in specialized settings for mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, psychosocial oncology, and sex and couple therapy. During my Ph.D. dissertation, I investigated the neurobiological basis of depression and childhood trauma. I have been working in private practice since 2018, helping individuals navigate emotional difficulties, including the effects of trauma.

Therapy with me is a collaborative, reflective process where clients are encouraged to engage with their inner world with curiosity. I believe in creating a warm and accepting space to uncover how deep-seated patterns might be keeping you stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled. While symptom relief is important, my focus is on helping clients gain insight, develop a stronger sense of self, and cultivate meaningful change in their lives.

As a clinical psychologist working with adults, I offer both psycho-diagnostic assessments and individual psychotherapy. My practice supports individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and personality disorders. I have a particular interest in working with adults affected by early relational trauma, such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, and abandonment.

In therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including the following to to create a process that is both personalized and flexible:

  • Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

  • Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Brainspotting

I also integrate the science of neuroplasticity, trusting in the brain’s ongoing capacity to adapt, reorganize, and heal when supported by the right emotional and relational conditions.
